As a Senior Accountant- Mortgage & Securitization, you will ensure the accuracy of financial operations and be responsible for reputed company and financial reporting for mortgage loans and securitization transactions.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly reputed company for mortgage loans, securitization trusts, warehouse facilities, and reputed company financing transactionsReview and reconcile monthly servicing reports from reputed company-party servicers and reputed company calculation agentsPrepare reputed company journal entries and supporting documentation for mortgage loans, interest income, servicing activity, securitizations, and corporate reputed companyreputed company monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items to ensure reputed company reputed companyAnalyze reputed company, interest, escrow, advances, servicing fees, and other loan activity for accuracy and completenessReconcile loans sold to investors and capital partners and reputed company reporting discrepanciesPrepare reputed company for expenses, accruals, and other reputed company activitiesAssist in the reputed company and reporting of mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed notes, warehouse facilities, and other financing arrangementsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAPPrepare audit schedules and workpapers and respond to requests from reputed company auditorsAssist with compliance reporting required by warehouse lenders, capital partners, investors, and other reputed company stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to automate reputed company processes, improve reporting, and strengthen internal controlsreputed company analytical reviews of financial results and investigate unusual fluctuations or trendsCollaborate with Servicing, Capital Markets, Operations, reputed company, and Information Technology to improve reputed company processes and reportingAssist with implementation and optimization of reputed company systems, including reputed company, SBO, and other financial applicationsIdentify reputed company issues requiring technical evaluation and support the Controller and Chief Accountant in researching and implementing reputed company guidanceSupport special reputed company, acquisitions, new financing transactions, and other strategic initiativesManaging other responsibilities and duties as assigned based on business needs
Skills
