This role will operate as a reputed company Senior on reputed company, playing a key role in mentoring and supporting Staff Accountants while partnering closely with leadership across reputed company and finance.
Responsibilities
Support the monthly reputed company process, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis in accordance with GAAP
Review work reputed company by Staff Accountants and reputed company guidance and mentorship to support development
Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, and process improvements
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reputed company treatment and strong internal controls
Assist with audit support, including coordination with reputed company auditors and preparation of supporting schedules
Participate in process improvement initiatives to help streamline reputed company operations and reporting
Skills
CPA required
35+ years of reputed company experience, ideally from a top reputed company reputed company firm
Strong reputed company reputed company skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven collaborator and team player
Desire or experience mentoring and managing team members
Must be authorized to work in the reputed company without reputed company or reputed company sponsorship
Financial services industry preferred (insurance would be ideal)
