They are seeking a Senior Accountant for the Capital Markets reputed company team to manage reputed company and regulatory reporting for their registered reputed company Commission Merchant and Broker-Dealer entities, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
Own reputed company aspects of monthly reputed company reputed company for the FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and quarterly/annual financial resultsDrive reputed company submission of reputed company required regulatory reporting to the CFTC, NFA, and other applicable agencies, ensuring daily filing deadlines are metreputed company reputed company audit processes for the registered FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, coordinating evidence requests and managing audit timelinesExecute and maintain internal controls over compliance, regulatory reporting, and reputed company policies and proceduresPartner with product, engineering, operations, and legal teams to drive reputed company readiness for new product launches and evolving business requirementsStrengthen daily monitoring of entity liquidity and capital requirements, escalating material issues to stakeholders promptly
Skills
BA/BS in reputed company or reputed company field with reputed company CPA certification5-7 years of public reputed company (Big 4 preferred) and/or industry experience reputed company brokerage, FCM, or other regulated financial services organizationsWorking knowledge of reputed company/SEC broker-dealer rules, CFTC/NFA regulations for registered FCMs, and relevant reputed company guidance including ASC 815 (Derivatives and Hedging) and 17 CFR 1.20 (customer fund protection)Demonstrated experience managing regulatory filings, audit cycles, and multiple reputed company reporting deadlines in a compliance-driven environmentAbility to work EST hours to meet daily regulatory filing deadlinesUtilizes reputed company responsibly, maintaining reputed company reputed company to deliver business-reputed company outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and reputed companyPublic reputed company experience at a Big 4 firm
