The role of Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive involves leading complex mid-market and national accounts, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors, and managing the service process for these accounts.ResponsibilitiesQuarterback all service functions. Your goal is to reduce the producers involvement in daily service issues so they can focus on new business sales activityFollow up regularly with producers as needed to discuss status of new business, upcoming renewals, and renewals in processOversee the analysis of current accounts such as client profitability, coverage/risk analysis, and risk management recommendationsSkillsApplicants must reside along the East Coast in one of the following states: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or South Carolina100% remote career opportunity for an experienced insurance brokerExperience with very large, complex loss sensitive and layered property accounts that exceed $100k in revenueConsultative and advisory background with complex risks particularly in construction and real estateAbility to manage the complex life cycle of the service process, from onboarding new clients to ensuring deliverables are met, and creating the renewal and remarketing strategiesQuarterback all service functions to reduce the producer's involvement in daily service issuesFollow up regularly with producers as needed to discuss status of new business, upcoming renewals, and renewals in processOversee the analysis of current accounts such as client profitability, coverage/risk analysis, and risk management recommendationsMinimum 5-10 years in a senior commercial P&C advisory roleRetail agency/broker experience is required along with any combination of marketing, account management, sales, or underwritingActive state insurance licenseAbility to travel at least 1x/month with more as needed for client and team meetingsCompany OverviewCapstone Search Group provides recruiting services for candidates and companies.
