The Senior Consulting Analyst, Intercompany will partner with finance and accounting leaders to assess intercompany challenges, support the design and implementation of processes, and drive project execution.ResponsibilitiesPartner with finance and accounting leaders at complex organizations to assess intercompany challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutionsSupport the design and implementation of intercompany processes and technology solutions, including invoicing, matching, reconciliation, netting, settlement, journal entries, and reportingEvaluate current-state processes, policies, and trade flows to identify gaps, improve controls, and recommend leading practicesAssist with data preparation, validation, testing, and issue resolution to enable successful solution delivery and adoptionDrive project execution by managing workstream activities, communicating status and risks, and contributing to client meetings, trainings, and executive-ready deliverablesHelp grow the practice by developing reusable tools, supporting business development efforts, and advancing AI and automation-enabled intercompany capabilitiesSkillsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a business-related field of study3+ years of professional work experience in Blackline implementations, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, Alteryx AND/OR Power BI3+ years of professional work experience supporting global organizations or clientsWillingness and ability to travelApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa supportCertified Public Accountant (CPA)BlackLine/Alteryx/Fabric CertifiedExperience with implementation of digital transformation projects with a focus on intercompany transaction processing, intercompany allocations, transaction matching, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting processesUnderstanding of BlackLine's intercompany capabilities (or similar technology) and solutions for end-to-end intercompany processing, including implementation experienceProject management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communicationsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageUnlimited PTOPaid parental leaveRetirement plansFlexible work environmentCell phone reimbursementAccess to mental health appsLife insurance and disability coverageOpportunities for ad hoc bonusesThis role is eligible for our bonus program.Company OverviewClearsulting is a management consulting firm specializing in Finance Effectiveness,Risk Advisory, Automation & Analytics.
