They are seeking experienced Financial and Investment Analysts to help train advanced AI systems by creating and refining tasks related to financial modeling, valuation, and investment research.ResponsibilitiesProduce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional areaReview and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day qualityEscalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) LeadSkills815 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, credit, equity research, or corporate financeCFA, CAIA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification; substantial front-office or investment-desk experience may also be consideredExpert knowledge of valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, and asset-based analysisAdvanced financial-modeling experience across three-statement, LBO, merger, credit, forecasting, and scenario modelsProven investment judgment in evaluating opportunities, assessing risks, challenging assumptions, and presenting evidence-based recommendationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any fieldExperience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not requiredCompany OverviewTuring advances frontier AI and builds real-world systems for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and the worlds leading AI labs.
