The Senior Product Designer will own high-impact product areas that shape how businesses manage and grow revenue, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities Translate complex financial and operational requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and trust in every flow Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow to explore edge cases, pressure-test logic, and prototype flows Validate assumptions through lightweight research. Talk directly with customers, run usability tests, and iterate based on evidence Share work openly in critique and reviews. Contribute to a culture that values quality, clarity, and outcomes over artifacts Maintain a high bar for clarity, usability, visual craft, and consistency Contribute to the evolution of Boulevards design system by extending components and defining patterns that support the complexity of commerce Skills Experience designing complex, systems-heavy products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or commerce environments A track record of owning projects from problem definition through launch and measurable impact Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and iteration A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with engineers, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without complete information Clear communication and comfort collaborating directly with engineers and PMs Benefits 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance.
