Providing support for West Coast expansion within Shaner Solutions
Skills
Minimum of two years' related work experience
Basic GAAP accounting knowledge
Superior critical thinking skills
Solid computer skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Customer-service orientation
Ability to collaborate in a consistently positive fashion with diverse personalities both in the field and on the team
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Proficient in relevant computer software
Ability to compute mathematical calculations
Knowledgeable of the property management system
Knowledgeable of all accounting principles and procedures
A bachelors or associates degree in accounting
