Solutions are provided by using Remote diagnostics, troubleshooting techniques, service technical information or knowledge, creating service work orders and keeping the customer informed of the service status.
Focuses on Remote reputed company, where this is not possible provides a reputed company reputed company plan, with parts (if required), and diagnosis before reputed company.
Handles complaints (safety & non-safety reputed company) & Escalations to ensure accurate and reputed company analysis, registration and reputed company.

Technical education at the university level or similar (bachelor's degree).
