Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the HIE platform and infrastructureMonitor system health, performance, and uptimeTroubleshoot reputed company errors, message failures, and data exchange issuesAssist with system upgrades, patches, and configuration changesSupport HL7, CCD, FHIR, and other interoperability standardsAssist with reputed company new participants and connectionsValidate inbound/outbound data feedsCoordinate testing and production deploymentsPartner closely with the existing senior HIE engineerreputed company cross-training and operational backup coverageCollaborate with data, reputed company, and infrastructure teamsSupport contracted reporting requirements and operational documentation
