They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations AI Enablement Lead to oversee the infrastructure that enhances recruiter effectiveness through automations, AI tooling, and analytics, while partnering with leadership to design supportive systems for the interview process.ResponsibilitiesOwn the recruiting tech stack adoption, configuration, integrations, and continuous evolution across BetterUps current stack including Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zapier, Guide, Ezra, Slack, etcWork with the Head of Talent to develop and execute on a strategic roadmap for recruiting operationsOptimize and enable team around recruiting systems including ATS, scheduling and sourcing tools, and Claude that enhance recruiter effectivenessDrive full adoption and best-practice usage across all recruiting toolsBuild and maintain integrations between Ashby, Slack, Guide, Claude and ZapierEvaluate and recommend new tooling as the team scales with a bias toward measurable ROIOwn data hygiene and ATS configuration to ensure clean, reportable pipeline dataDesign recruiting workflows end-to-end with AI embedded where it creates genuine leverage, not just noveltyPartner with IT, Legal, and InfoSec to establish governance frameworks that enable responsible AI scaling across the recruiting functionOwn the TA metrics framework: time-to-fill, funnel conversion, recruiter productivity, hiring manager satisfaction and candidate experienceBuild and maintain pipeline dashboards in Ashby and connected AI toolsSurface actionable insights from recruiting data not just reports, but recommendationsSupport headcount planning and forecasting with reliable, auditable dataSkills8+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, or a closely related fieldDemonstrated experience owning or administering an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent) at an organizational levelExperience implementing AI tooling for recruiting teamsHands-on experience building and maintaining integrations between HR/TA tools using automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar)Proficiency with data analysis and reporting experience building and interpret recruiting metrics dashboards independentlyWorking knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-augmented workflows in a professional contextStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical workflows into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholdersExperience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-augmented workflowsFamiliarity with recruiting systems including Ashby, Guide, Ezra, LinkedIn, etcSystems thinker: you consider data flows, failure states, and iteration loopsAnticipates industry-shifting AI capabilities and positions BetterUp to leverage them ahead of competitorsLeads enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives that span multiple functions and business units2+ years as a full-cycle recruiter or sourcer you've felt the pain of broken workflows firsthandDeep understanding of what great candidate experience actually requiresComfortable owning process design, not just executing within itEnough recruiting context to translate hiring manager frustration into a workflow fix without a translator in the roomYou ship small, instrument what you build, and iterate based on real usageYou've built point solutions before and know the difference between a quick win and a future liabilityYou approach problems user-first: recruiter experience and candidate experience are equally in scopeWhen you read a problem statement, you're already mentally prototyping the solutionBenefitsAccess to BetterUp coaching; one for you and one for a friend or family memberA competitive compensation plan with opportunity for advancementMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible paid time offAll federal/statutory holidays observed4 BetterUp Inner Workdays (https://www.betterup.co/inner-work)5 Volunteer Days to give backLearning and Development stipendCompany wide Summer & Winter breaksYear-round charitable contribution of your choice on behalf of BetterUp401(k) self contributionCompany OverviewBetterUp provides AI and human coaching to improve leadership, management, and employee performance across organizations.
