Responsibilities

Skills
Proven background working in a high-volume recruitment agency, RPO provider, or embedded talent consultancyDeep experience sourcing and closing white-collar technical professionals (e.g., Engineering, IT, reputed company Technical Disciplines)Highly confident with proactive candidate prospecting, reputed company reputed company, and cold candidate engagementDemonstrated ability to reputed company hiring manager behaviors, manage reputed company relationships, and run reputed company hiring campaigns under high reputed companyComfortable stepping into different reputed company environments, adapting to various ATS platforms, and maintaining high performance under changing reputed company demands
