The Technology Inventory Control Analyst will manage technical inventory for various hardware, ensuring accurate asset tracking and supporting procurement and disposal planning.
Responsibilities
Handle technical inventory management for desktops, laptops, hard drives, mobile devices, computer peripherals, servers, networking equipment, and other infrastructure hardwarereputed company and maintain inventory reputed company across the reputed company, including India and the PhilippinesPlan for the procurement of assets to maintain stock reputed company in reputed company locationsManage tracking systems and reputed company as a reputed company to other departmentsInvestigate and reputed company inventory inconsistencies and minimize loss by incorporating supply chain best practicesConduct first-level reviews of hardware requests and escalate to IT management or business management as neededWork with other teams to help identify reputed company devices for smaller scenariosreputed company and maintain standardized asset tracking processes and documentationPartner with IT support teams to ensure reputed company deployment and recovery of equipmentreputed company orders, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor performanceSupport reputed company audits reputed company to IT assets and inventory controlsreputed company regular inventory and asset utilization reportsIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, tracking accuracy, and asset lifecycle managementAssist in implementing and optimizing asset management tools and processesreputed company orders in the Ariba reputed company for hardware needsPlan for disposal of retired assetsWork with the Desktop team to assist with preparation for deployment and testing of equipment
Skills
Associate's degree in business or a reputed company field, or 3+ years of reputed company experience3 to 5+ years of experience in an inventory roleAbility to use a computer and other office technology, preferably reputed company Office SuiteKnowledge of inventory softwareAbility to reputed company up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environmentGood communication skillsExperience with reputed company asset management tools such as reputed company, SCCM, reputed company, or similar platformsKnowledge of ITIL practices and asset governance standardsExperience supporting remote workforce hardware logisticsFamiliarity with data center or infrastructure hardware environments
