Clevanoo LLC is seeking a Workday STAR Systems Analyst to oversee production planning processes across their decentralized manufacturing network. This senior leadership role requires defining strategic vision and driving process standardization while aligning with business strategy and supply chain transformation objectives.ResponsibilitiesDefine the strategic vision for production planning processes, standards, governance, and best practicesDrive process standardization and ensure adoption of best-in-class planning capabilities across the enterpriseServe as the primary business authority for planning processes and supporting technologies, including Kinaxis MaestroLead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of core planning capabilities including RCCP, MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and detailed schedulingSkills10+ years of leadership experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or planning transformationDeep expertise in RCCP, MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and detailed schedulingProven experience leading global process ownership, governance, and standardization across multi-site manufacturing organizationsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across global organizationsExperience with advanced planning systems, preferably Kinaxis MaestroCompany OverviewAt Clevanoo LLC, we believe that great companies are built with great talent and we make it our mission to connect them.
