Job Title: Health Insurance Renewals
Department: Renewal Associate Location: Indore Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Health Insurance Renewals Reporting To: Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader Renewals
Job Summary
The Health Renewals for health insurance renewal processes, supporting renewal executives with product knowledge, customer handling, and retention strategies. The role focuses on ensuring high renewal conversion, reducing churn, and delivering an excellent customer experience through expert guidance and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support renewal executives with complex customer queries, objections, and escalations
- Ensure maximum customer retention through effective communication and follow-ups
- Handle high-value or critical renewal cases independently
- Guide the team on best renewal practices, pitch improvement, and compliance
- Coordinate with insurers, underwriting, and internal teams for smooth renewal closure
- Monitor renewal quality and ensure adherence to IRDA and company guidelines
- Assist TL/ATL in achieving team renewal and retention targets
- Share product updates and renewal insights with the team on a regular basis
Key Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of Health Insurance products and renewal processes
- Proven experience in customer retention and objection handling
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customers confidently
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and renewal portals
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Health Insurance Renewals
- Experience in customer retention or renewal sales is mandatory
Compensation: Up to 27,000.00 per month
