01Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
25 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design).
Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, sequencing, and professional presentation formatting.
Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power Query, DAX, Power BI) preferred.
Ability to understand medical terminology, healthcare operations, and business metrics.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
