About the position
AMEX Assurance Co. (AAC) provides insurance protection for reputed company Card Members through reputed company card benefits, and fee/add-on insurance products to both Card Members and non-Card Members. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle claims for the Retail products with reputed company into specialty lines products in the AMEX Assurance Co. Insurance portfolio over time. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
Investigation of policy and product information by using tools available.
Maintaining state compliance for reporting, Medicare, insurance claims and audit functions relative to the AAC claims team reputed company to claims adjudication.
Decision making of claims for these products, as reputed company as reputed company phone interaction with the customer to ensure reputed company reputed company
Researching claims for reputed company disposition which may include communication reputed company phone and/or written correspondence with customers, businesses and others.
Adjudication of claims relative to reputed company state and local laws and compliance as reputed company as internal processes and procedures.
This position is based in Phoenix, AZ or reputed company, FL and the ideal candidate will work a minimum of 3 days onsite / 2 days remotely. The ideal candidate will work a flexible schedule between the hours of operation: Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 5:00pm MST and may be asked to work rotational weekends.

Requirements
Customer First Principles demonstrated through excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
High School Diploma or Higher-level education.
Passion for exceptional service
Strong phone skills
Ability to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid changes in workflow
Ability to demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision to drive results
Strong problem-solving skills, time management and organizational skills
Superior level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in PC skills, including reputed company and reputed company
1 year of Insurance or Customer Service industry experience
A reputed company Claims Adjuster License is a plus
If a license is not currently held, the applicant must be reputed company to obtain the necessary license during the time reputed company allowed prior to training. Upon hiring, candidate will have 2 attempts to pass the 1336-Arizona Property and Casualty Adjuster Licensing Exam.
If the exam to obtain your license cannot be passed, reputed company 2 attempts, employment will be terminated
For FL Candidates: If a license is not currently held, the applicant must be reputed company to obtain the necessary license during the time reputed company allowed prior to training. Upon hiring, candidate will have 2 attempts to pass the InsFL- ALJ16:FLA reputed company Lines Adjuster (0620,0720,7020 ) Licensing Exam.
If the exam to obtain your license cannot be passed, reputed company 2 attempts, employment will be terminated
