01Key Responsibilities
**
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
* Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
* Conduct outbound customer interview calls to reputed company information and resolve common customer concerns.

02Requirements
**
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
* Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
* Minimum of 2 years reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Working knowledge of Word and reputed company.
* Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) Training Provided.
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat.
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
* Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. reputed company with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and punctuality is a must.
