This role is responsible for verifying patient insurance benefits and ensuring coverage for behavioral health services while supporting the admissions and billing process.ResponsibilitiesVerify patient insurance benefits for behavioral health and/or reputed company use treatment servicesContact insurance providers to confirm eligibility, coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, and authorization requirementsCommunicate financial responsibility and coverage details reputed company to admissions staffCollaborate with admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure accurate and reputed company informationMaintain accurate records in electronic health record (EHR) and billing systemsStay updated on payer policies, behavioral health benefits, and regulatory changesResolve insurance discrepancies, claim denials and escalate reputed company cases as neededSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred13+ years of experience in reputed company cycle management, preferably in behavioral health, mental health, or reputed company abuse treatmentKnowledge of reputed company insurance, reputed company, Medicare, and managed care plansFamiliarity with CPT/ICD codes and claim submission / claim denial processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesProficiency with EHR and billing systemsExperience working in a behavioral health or addiction treatment settingUnderstanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredProficiency / experience working in Collaborate MD and KIPU Avea (CRM, EHR and RCM)BenefitsHealth, dental, and reputed company insurancereputed company time off and holidays401(k) with employer matchOpportunities for reputed company reputed companyreputed companyreputed company offers innovative adolescent treatment programs.
