Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Online business Customer Service Specialist Certificate (obtained after completing a 14-day training program)
Prior customer service experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of customer service principles, computer literacy, and reputed company business writing
Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute and possess excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
