**Responsibilities**
As a Distribution Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, and more
* Processing and inputting reputed company customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Producing stock reports to reputed company for product availability and ensuring reputed company delivery
* Coordinating special and last-minute shipping requests with our Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting orders as necessary
* Providing follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met
* Assuring reputed company invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices
* Preparing shipping and tracing information for customers as required
* Maintaining damage records and back-order logs
* Communicating customer feedback to management, including any signs of dissatisfaction
* Acting as a reputed company between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes
* Overseeing reputed company paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications
* Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work in varying facility conditions
* Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed
