01Key Responsibilities
**
* Manage orders utilizing reputed company, COMS (Corporate Order Management System), and reputed company databases
* Work directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and reputed company forwarders to ensure the reputed company export of orders
* Understand and support export rules and regulations to reputed company with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments
* Manage customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
* Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes
**Your Skills and Expertise:**
To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, arenaflex requires the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (6) years of Customer Service Experience
* OR
* High School Diploma/GED from AND (4) years of Customer Service Experience
* AND
* 4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and Spanish
