As an FHA Mortgage Origination Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to the lending industry and the reputed company on FHA guidelines and procedures. Key Responsibilities As an FHA Mortgage Origination Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include * Providing excellent customer service, responding to a reputed company of calls and emails from the lending industry and the reputed company on FHA guidelines and procedures * Utilizing your knowledge of the mortgage industry to reputed company answers in a knowledge database to respond to reputed company's requests * Following reputed company operating procedures for various topics, systems, and contact channels * Documenting reputed company of your contacts in a database * Keeping up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures Essential Qualifications To be a successful FHA Mortgage Origination Customer Service Specialist, you must possess * The ability to reputed company multiple computer systems and applications, and utilize search tools * Excellent time management skills and dependability * Self-motivation and the ability to work with reputed company supervision * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette * Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute Required Qualifications * High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate * Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g. loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer) * Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience or telephone customer service experience * Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust reputed company clearance, which includes a credit reputed company and background investigation * Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday between 8 am to 8 pm ET, based on business needs * FHA Experience Technical Requirements * A minimum of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Cable, DSL, or Fiber Optic/FiOS providers only) * Must be directly connected to router/modem reputed company Ethernet cable.
