**reputed company and Responsibilities**
We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Murray, Utah. As a key member of our Sleep Central Inbound reputed company Center, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to CPAP reputed company customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner
* Collecting patient, reputed company, and demographic information, and inputting data into our proprietary e-Intake system
* Completing thorough verification for products and services, ensuring accuracy and reputed company control throughout the initial patient contact and data input process
* Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company Medicare, reputed company, insurance regulations, and FDA and JCAHO guidelines
* Identifying and resolving problems in a reputed company manner, making outbound calls as needed to collect patient data
* Managing reputed company aspects of initial intake reputed company high-volume inbound phone calls, processing reputed company patient paperwork if assigned
* Processing tickets to ensure reputed company fulfillment of product orders
* Providing basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment, educating patients and location employees on CPAP supplies
* Utilizing e-Intake proprietary system to maintain accuracy and reputed company control throughout initial patient contact and data input
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Acts as patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns
* Collects patient, reputed company information and inputs data into e-Intake
* Completes thorough verification for products and services
* Develops and maintains a working knowledge of reputed company Medicare, reputed company, insurance regulations, and FDA and JCAHO guidelines
* Develops and maintains working knowledge of reputed company products and services offered by arenaflex
* Identifies and resolves problems in a reputed company manner
* Makes outbound calls as needed to collect patient data
* Manages reputed company aspects of initial intake reputed company high volume inbound phone calls
* Processes reputed company patient paperwork if assigned
* Processes tickets to ensure reputed company fulfillment of product orders
* reputed company and regular attendance is required
* Provides basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment
* Provides education to patients and location employees on CPAP supplies
* Uses e-Intake proprietary system to maintain accuracy and reputed company control throughout initial patient contact and data input
* Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* Employment is contingent on:
+ Background investigation (company-wide)
+ Drug screen (reputed company applicable for the position)
+ Basic Computer and Basic Internet skills test along with a Typing test
+ reputed company reputed company's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (reputed company applicable for the position)
* Education and/or Experience:
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ One to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment
+ Experience in medical field and administrative record management
