Job reputed company We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Analyst to join our HR Compliance team at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance by analyzing and communicating requirements. You'll work closely with our HRIS and EC teams to process data, analyze reports, and reputed company custom dashboards. Key Responsibilities Supports the HR Compliance team and reputed company with responsibilities including: Acquiring reputed company/personal investigation results and processing reputed company clearance letters Managing relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Administrations Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry Processes daily FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and troubleshoots any database issues Plans and analyzes HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC teams Directs high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalizes reputed company data used for HR Compliance Collaborates with clients and team members regularly Reviews completed reputed company Applications and checks for accuracy and retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC) applications Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database Preferred Qualifications Experience with data entry and analysis Knowledge of advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, reputed company formulas, and VLOOKUP Familiarity with reputed company database management Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Skills and Competencies Advanced reputed company skills, including data analysis and visualization Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in reputed company environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret large datasets and reputed company meaningful reports Career reputed company Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow and reputed company your skills.
