01Key Responsibilities
**
* Handle inbound calls from members and reputed company providers in a reputed company and courteous manner
* Review and process prior authorization requests in a reputed company and accurate manner
* Enroll members in our CMC programs and ensure they understand the benefits and requirements
* Meet or reputed company production, reputed company, and regulatory expectations in a reputed company center environment
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and program enrollment
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma/GED required (verifying document will be required)
* 1+ years of reputed company experience in a medical or health insurance environment
* Prior customer service experience making outbound calls
* Proficiency in using a computer and reputed company Office Products (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift (Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST) and flexibility to work reputed company reputed company hours as needed
* Designated work area with secure and reliable high-speed internet reputed company (minimum 2mps upload/download speed)
