As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. **Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a reputed company and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional customer experiences, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and building strong relationships with our customers.
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that our customers understand our policies and procedures.
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting reputed company issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive reputed company and effective reputed company.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that our customers receive the right support and assistance.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
