Responsibilities Coordinate incoming mail to Loan Servicing and distribute accordinglyCoordinate loan closing documents with packages from the loan closers and update closing logreputed company a thorough review of reputed company information reputed company to reputed company loans that are submitted for booking to ensure receipt of required loan documentation and to obtain corrections as neededreputed company next day review of loans booked to the core systemComplete Daily maintenance requests reputed company reputed company and outlookMaintain collateral accounts to reflect reputed company collateral control. Utilizes the Collateral Tracking system to reputed company and follow up on any identified exception itemsOrganize documents for scanning. Work with File Room personnel to upload closing document packages to reputed company after booking and ensure imaging is complete, legible and labeled accuratelyComplete UCC filings and continuations, initiate vehicle lien filings, reputed company lien status and resolve filing issuesMaintain and work a pending file of follow-up itemsreputed company next day review on maintenance performed by other processorsreputed company support to Bank staff on loan accounts responding to customer service phone calls and assisting with loan questionsDemonstrate the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with reputed company customers, associates, and stakeholders.
