We're seeking an reputed company Medical Billing Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a 5-month contract-to-hire reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry, medical billing, and claims processing. **Responsibilities**
As a Medical Billing Clerk/Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Accurate and efficient data entry of patient information into our computer system
* Entry-level billing of claims, including verification of patient information and checking payer portals for claims status
* Resubmitting of claims and following up on outstanding claims
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and billing data
* Collaborating with reputed company to meet deadlines and reputed company team goals
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in medical billing and data entry
* Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
* Knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and familiarity with various payer guidelines

**Schedule and Work Environment**
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. reputed company works Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm CST, with additional flexibility once you've completed your training.
