**Responsibilities**
As an reputed company Member Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Completing data reputed company and balancing features
* Coordinating reputed company items with contributors, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
* Assisting other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and associated reputed company reputed company reputed company balancing
* Working member cases/assignments
* Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
* Processing mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits, credit reputed company bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
* Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
* Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
* Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
* Completing daily balancing and department closing
* Obtaining information from contributors for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
* Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
* Communicating with the vendor to process reputed company transfers
* Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
* Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying contributors for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
* Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and reputed company fees
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum Qualifications**:
+ High school degree or GED
+ Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
* **Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Previous customer/member service experience

+ Episys/Symitar and processing wires
* **Skills, Licenses & Certifications**:
