01Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge/experience
Minimum (12) years of experience in reputed company with a minimum of (10) years of experience in reputed company Operations
Minimum of (5) years of People Leadership experience
Prior experience managing people and/or leading high-performing teams
Experience leading cross-functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives
Expertise in reputed company best practices, process improvement, project and change management, and reputed company technologies and systems
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support reputed company and improve reputed company
Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company
Willingness to work across multiple time reputed company reputed company the Americas and on select global calls as needed
Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
Strong English language proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading)
