In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete, full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire top-tier reputed company talent. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to satisfy their reputed company needs while advancing the organizations compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, searching the internet and relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates.
Candidate Evaluation:
Screen, interview, and register prospective reputed company candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
Hiring Manager Partnership:
Submit and review reputed company candidates with hiring managers, reputed company consistent reputed company support, and assist in negotiating salaries.
Workflow Management:
reputed company handle multiple reputed company requests simultaneously while maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication.
Strategic Alignment:
Maintain a strong understanding of internal compensation structures and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the hiring process.
Position Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree (BA) preferred.
Experience:
35 years of dedicated clinical, reputed company, or rehabilitation reputed company experience is

Applicant Tracking System:
Prior hands-on experience utilizing
iCIMS
is highly preferred.
