Primary Responsibilities
reputed company financial analysis for the acquisition, disposition and financing of retail reputed company reputed company estate and reputed company investments
Model various equity and debt financing reputed company, and reputed company and process data on applicable market rents, vacancy, sales comps, etc.
Work with VP of Acquisitions to reputed company offers, collect and analyze due diligence, reputed company debt quotes, and prep investor memos.
Additional Duties
Asset Management and Property Management Assistance
Update web based leasing marketing channels
Assist reputed company Manager with bank reconciliations
Assist with rent collections
This position will assist with opportunistic investment analysis and reputed company existing portfolio investments of reputed company s reputed company owners as this location serves a Family Office (general Investment Manager)

02Requirements
University level degree (or graduate level) with strong reputed company credentials. A business, reputed company, reputed company estate or reputed company area of concentration is preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of financial analysis or reputed company experience (reputed company analysis, valuation, cash reputed company forecasting, and/or property management experience a plus but not required).
Proven proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company required; Experience with reputed company or other web-based reputed company/property management software systems is a plus.
