As a reputed company on our Pharmacy Services team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, providers, and pharmacies. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, transfer members to internal departments for medication reviews, schedule appointments, and reputed company as a reputed company between other departments. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls in required systems from members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians to meet departmental and CMS standards.
* Enforce HIPAA compliance standards and regulations while maintaining guidelines and other necessary information for our providers, members, technicians, and pharmacists.

**Essential Qualifications**
