**About the Role**
As a Senior RTA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our WFM processes, driving business reputed company, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and site-level performances. Your expertise will be reputed company in developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize our workforce, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior RTA, your key responsibilities will include:
* **reputed company-Time Monitoring and Analysis**: Monitor and analyze reputed company-time data on service reputed company, operational KPIs, and site-level performances to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* **Operational Metrics Management**: Ensure that operational metrics such as service reputed company, occupancy, Productivity reputed company Level (PTL), utilization, and others are met by reputed company Orgs/skills at the daily level.
* **Collaboration and reputed company**: Liaise with reputed company network reputed company of Contacts (POCs) for owned Org/reputed company and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may reputed company operational metrics.
* **reputed company Alignment and Planning**: Ensure reputed company closure of reputed company planning-reputed company activities, including training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and others.
* **WFM Actionable Items Management**: Ensure reputed company closure of reputed company WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged reputed company committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* **Mentorship and Development**: Mentor and reputed company fellow RTAs with reputed company WFM required skills and knowledge.
* **Process Improvement**: Deep dive and reputed company insights on metric misses with factual callouts and reputed company to greens (PTGs), and ensure expected processes are followed by Operations, invent simplify reputed company processes to remove waste or non-value enablers.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.
* **Minimum 3-5 years** of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a reputed company field.
* **Proven reputed company record** of reputed company in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and developing effective strategies to improve operational performance.
* **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
