About the Role

What You'll Do

You will be a part of the entire cases lifecycle, from the case initiation to shipping the final product out the reputed company, performing the following duties:
Prepare filings for EB-1A/B/C, O-1A/B, and EB-2 NIW petitions, as reputed company as other NIV categories, and Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications
Help print and ship filings, process mailed notices from USCIS

Requirements
Were looking for someone with:
You MUST have 1+ years of immigration law experience
A Bachelors degree and/or a Paralegal Certification
A passion for argumentative writing, with meticulous attention to detail and strong research skills

This role is fully remote, but with a strong preference for you to be physically located in Philadelphia, PA.
