Position Summary
The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate clients, universities, government organizations, and industry partners. The role focuses on business development, account management, client retention, and revenue growth across corporate travel and MICE services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new corporate travel, MICE, and university clients.
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build relationships with procurement teams, travel managers, university leaders, and event organisers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Collaborate with operations teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Manage RFPs, travel programmes, conferences, exhibitions, and events.
- Strengthen relationships with universities and international education stakeholders.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Represent A&G Worldwide Destinations at industry events and networking forums.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in corporate travel, MICE, hospitality, international education, or business development.
- Proven experience managing B2B relationships and key accounts.
- Experience working with universities or educational institutions is highly desirable.
- Existing network within the travel or education sector is an advantage.
