Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote technology products and services.
Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to support the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to suit diverse client needs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with current campaigns.
Provide timely feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve outreach strategies.
Attend training sessions and performance reviews to enhance communication and sales techniques.
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
02 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in spoken and written English; basic proficiency in Gujarati is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar platforms is preferred.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid operations.
Ability to work independently, meet daily targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
