Requirements Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
- Translate business requirements into clear, unambiguous functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to validate feasibility and scope of requirements
- Maintain traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate requirement review and sign-off sessions with business stakeholders and project leadership
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and conflicts in requirements, and drive timely resolution with stakeholders
- Support UAT planning and execution by validating that delivered functionality meets documented requirements
- Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data flow documentation to support requirement clarity
- Manage requirement change requests, assessing impact on scope, timeline, and existing documentation
- Mentor junior analysts on requirement gathering techniques and documentation standards
