Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary research across industries, companies, and markets.
Identify and map target companies, decision-makers, and industry segments.
Support in building lead lists, talent pipelines, and market databases.
Analyze data and summarize findings into clear, structured reports.
Assist senior analysts in client projects and research assignments.
Track industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Maintain and update internal databases and research tools.
Skills & Qualifications
01 year of experience (freshers are welcome).
Strong interest in research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Exposure to recruitment research / market mapping / lead generation.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, job boards, or CRM systems.
Basic understanding of industries like Healthcare, Tech, or Staffing.
