01Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic projectsGather, organize, validate, and maintain large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrityDevelop reports, presentations, dashboards, and research summaries for stakeholdersSupport content management activities, including data tracking, documentation, and information organizationCoordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metAnalyze trends, identify insights, and provide recommendations based on research findingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address business questions and research requirementsMaintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiativesPresent findings and key observations in a clear and concise manner to business partnersEnsure compliance with established quality standards and operational proceduresComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
