Job Summary

Panacorp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Research Analyst to join our Research and Development team. The candidate will support research scholars and the technical team in research-related activities. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in research, technical writing, academic projects, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand research topics, project requirements, and client requirements.
• Search and collect relevant research papers, journals, and technical information.
• Read, understand, and analyze research papers and articles.
• Support literature review and research documentation.
• Identify research gaps and understand research problems.
• Assist in preparing research reports, documents, and presentations.
• Organize research data, references, and project files.
• Coordinate with the technical team on research activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow company quality standards and research guidelines.
• Learn and use relevant research tools and software.

Required Skills

• Good research and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of research methodology.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to understand research papers and technical content.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Qualification

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / MSc or any relevant degree. Candidates with a research, technical, academic, or project background will be preferred.
