Position Research & Sales/Marketing Executive Role Overview The role requires a unique blend of equity research, corporate finance, business analysis, and investor outreach. The successful candidate will work closely with the Investment Banking and PMS teams to evaluate businesses, prepare investment materials, engage with promoters and investors, and support fund-raising and listing mandates. Key Responsibilities Research & Business Analysis Conduct detailed research on listed, unlisted, and emerging companies across various sectors.Analyze financial statements, business models, industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.Prepare investment notes, research reports, valuation summaries, and due diligence materials.Develop financial models, business projections, and valuation analyses using appropriate methodologies.Identify potential investment opportunities for PMS and institutional investors. Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Assist in SME to Main Board migration assignments and listing mandates.Prepare Investor Presentations, Pitch Books, Information Memorandums, Teasers, and Corporate Profiles.Support Pre-IPO fund-raising, private placements, strategic investments, and M&A transactions.Coordinate with promoters, legal advisors, merchant bankers, auditors, and other stakeholders throughout transaction execution. Sales, Marketing & Investor Relations Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Venture Capital Funds, Private Equity Funds, Corporate Investors, and Strategic Investors.Generate investor interest and facilitate capital raising for client companies.Build and maintain a strong professional network across the investment ecosystem.Participate in investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and corporate presentations.Contribute towards business development initiatives and acquisition of new mandates. Candidate Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently.Highly presentable with strong interpersonal and networking abilities.Strong analytical mindset with sound understanding of finance, accounting, capital markets, and valuation techniques.Ability to understand and evaluate diverse business models across industries.Experience in preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, financial models, and corporate presentations.Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications MBA (Finance or Marketing),CA, CFA, FRM, Company Secretary, or equivalent qualification.Graduates with relevant experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management may also be considered.
