Role & responsibilities The Research Scientist I is expected to demonstrate expertise in both the theoretical and practical aspects of organic chemistry. Principal responsibility is the synthesis, purification, and identification of chemical intermediates and target compounds. A major component in the scientist's performance rating will be based on productivity. The Research Scientist Is principal responsibility is the synthesis of novel target molecules, typically on the milligram to gram scale, following synthetic route designs by supervisor. Preferred candidate profile M.Sc Organic Chemistry with experience in synthetic R&D; of 6 to 12 years. Preference: Immediate Joiners .
