This role involves interacting with job seekers and employers, providing information about opportunities and services, and guiding applicants through registration and application processes. The Representative will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and support matching candidates to suitable roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining job requirements, collecting and verifying candidate details, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role also requires meeting assigned targets, following standardized procedures, and contributing feedback to improve services. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates and employers. Customer service orientation, including active listening, problem-solving, and a focus on delivering a positive experience. Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, office productivity tools, and data entry into internal systems. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and meet daily targets. Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively within a team-based environment. Prior experience in recruitment support, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
