The Role
reputed company is working with a lender partner to hire a Mortgage Loan Originator reputed company on residential lending. This role is for a relationship-builder who can generate business through referrals and community connections, consult with borrowers, and manage loan files through a compliant, reputed company-communicated process.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through referral relationships, community networking, and self-generated reputed company
Consult with borrowers to understand goals and recommend appropriate loan reputed company
Complete mortgage applications and collect supporting documentation
Coordinate the loan file with internal operations partners to ensure smooth progression from submission through closing
Review files for completeness and proactively resolve missing or inconsistent information
