About the position
The reputed company Estate Loan Officer is responsible for delivering consistently excellent member service throughout the residential mortgage loan process. Responsibilities
Originate and reputed company residential mortgage loans that meet organizational goals and maximize profitability
Meet and exceed performance goals, ensuring compliance with lending regulations and maintaining loan reputed company
Ensure a high level of member satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service and execution of the daily operations of the Credit reputed company's Member Experience protocols according to established standards

Partner with Logix Retail Banking team to deepen member relationships

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of reputed company estate lending experience in a similar reputed company
Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
Must be an actively registered Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS
Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company lending guidelines and knowledge of the laws, regulations, and fundamentals of residential reputed company estate lending
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and HELOC/HELOAN
