Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate all operational departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, security, and recreation.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance to maintain productivity and service excellence.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, control operating costs, and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, environmental, and hospitality regulations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure resort facilities, equipment, and amenities are well maintained.
- Monitor occupancy levels, revenue performance, and operational KPIs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support promotions, events, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for operational supplies and services.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.
