01Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard POS (Point of Sales) agents.
- Drive recruitment activities to build a solid sales network.
- Ensure timely activation and productivity of POS agents.
- Support training, engagement, and retention of the recruitment pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets as assigned by the organization.
- Coordinate with branch and sales teams to meet business objectives.
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and performance)
