Job Title: Responsible AI Analyst Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: Up to 5 Years Relevant Experience: 12 Years in Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk Management, Model Evaluation, AI Compliance, or related technologies Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Responsible AI Analyst to design, implement, and support responsible AI controls that ensure fairness, transparency, accountability, and governance across AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data science, engineering, and compliance teams to evaluate AI models, assess risks, establish governance frameworks, and deliver secure, scalable, and trustworthy AI solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support Responsible AI frameworks, policies, and governance practices across AI initiatives.Evaluate AI and machine learning models for fairness, bias, transparency, explainability, robustness, and accountability.Perform AI risk assessments and identify potential ethical, regulatory, security, and operational risks.Develop documentation for AI governance, model validation, compliance, and audit readiness.Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, business stakeholders, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI adoption.Establish model monitoring processes to evaluate model performance, drift, bias, and reliability over time.Support AI model validation, testing, and independent reviews before production deployment.Recommend mitigation strategies for fairness, bias, privacy, explainability, and governance issues.Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement of Responsible AI practices, governance standards, and documentation.Required SkillsStrong understanding of Responsible AI principles, ethics, governance, and AI risk management.Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and AI governance methodologies.Knowledge of AI model evaluation, fairness assessment, explainability, transparency, and bias detection.Experience performing AI risk assessments and documenting governance controls.Understanding of machine learning model lifecycle, validation, monitoring, and performance evaluation.Experience preparing technical documentation, governance reports, and compliance artifacts.Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data analysis tools is an added advantage.Understanding of AI regulations, privacy, security, and compliance requirements.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Responsible AI toolkits such as Microsoft Responsible AI Toolbox, IBM AI Fairness 360 (AIF360), Fairlearn, SHAP, LIME, or similar model evaluation frameworks.Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and model monitoring.Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, AWS AI, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI auditing practices.Understanding of data privacy regulations, AI compliance standards, and ethical AI principles.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.Candidate DetailsTotal Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Company: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current Location: Reason for Change: Please send your updated profile to [HIDDEN TEXT]
